You in Your WIll

More often than not, most Wills and trusts (so-called “testamentary” documents) are sterile legal instruments. They provide for who gets what, when and how, but do not dare to covey any of your emotion, your history, your life journey, and none of your love, appreciation, admiration, hopes, dreams, or aspirations for your beneficiaries – i.e., the essential information of you and your humanity.  In this newsletter, Richard Franklin provides suggestions for adding "you" to your testamentary documents for a legacy of belongingness and connection.
