Background

Deidre Veronica Hill is the Firm Administrator for Franklin Karibjanian Law & DePersis PLLC and is based in the Washington, DC office. In this role, she has management oversight of the firm's administrative operations, including Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, and Systems/Information Technology functions for the entire firm.  Her professional philosophy is one of welcome, authenticity, and collaborative support.

Deidre is a native Washingtonian with more than thirty years’ experience as an Administrator in the professional services and non-profit industries.

Throughout her career, Deidre has developed extensive knowledge in all areas of firm administration.  She is keenly aware of the changing landscape in the business of law firms and how to best to improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.  Her dedication ensures that the firm runs as smoothly.

Deidre is also a committed volunteer in local philanthropic institutions.

She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, The Society of Human Resource Management and The John Carroll Society.
