Background

Molly Shacter is a Trusts and Estates Paralegal based in Franklin Karibjanian Law & DePersis PLLC’s Washington, DC office.

Prior to joining the firm, Molly worked in the museum industry, where she began her career as a Floor Supervising Manager at Superblue, an experiential art center in Miami, FL. In addition to that role, she also managed the company’s TikTok presence. After two years at the museum, Molly moved to Washington, DC, to pursue a master’s degree in Strategic Communication at American University.

Molly joined FKLD in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant, where she played a key role in supporting firm operations and leading internal and external marketing initiatives. In 2025, she transitioned into her current role as a Paralegal, where she supports attorneys with estate administration matters in both DC and Florida.
